Workplace Health and Wellbeing: Supporting Mental Health

Duration: 45-60 min Beginner Certificate Course Updated Feb 2026

About course

This course equips you with the understanding, language, and tools to change that dynamic. You will learn how to recognize the early signs of mental health struggles in yourself and your colleagues, how to respond in ways that are both supportive and appropriate, and how to use the systems and policies your organization has in place.

The course draws on current evidence from occupational health research, international frameworks, and real-world workplace practice.
By the end, you will have a clear picture of your role, not as a therapist or mental health professional, but as a capable, informed colleague and leader who takes wellbeing seriously.
