VECTRA International Marketplace - Terms and Conditions of Sale
These terms and conditions of sale ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between VECTRA International, hereinafter referred to as the "Seller" or "VECTRA," and the customer, hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer". The Buyer agrees to be bound by these Terms by purchasing from VECTRA International's Marketplace.
1. Agreement to Terms
By purchasing from VECTRA International's Marketplace, the Buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Seller and the Buyer and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
2. VECTRA Products and Services
2.1. Product Descriptions: VECTRA International makes every effort to provide accurate and detailed descriptions of the products and/or services.
2.2. Pricing:
1. All prices are subject to change without notice. The price the Buyer pays is the price displayed on VECTRA’s website at the time VECTRA receives the order.
2. Local VAT (Value Added Tax) might be added to the price if the location of the Buyer requires this or the purchased product has an interaction with a local consultant and/or is a physical workMarketplace.
2.3. Order Acceptance: The Buyer’s order is an offer to purchase the products and/or services listed in their order. Orders are subject to acceptance by VECTRA International. The Seller may choose not to accept the order without liability to the Buyer.
2.4. Order Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled by the Seller before granting access to products and/or services. VECTRA reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
3. Payment
3.1. Payment Methods: VECTRA accepts payments with credit cards. Payment must be made in full at the time of order placement.
3.2. Taxes: The Buyer is responsible for any applicable sales, use, or other taxes associated with the order.
4. Access and Delivery
4.1. Access Confirmation: Once the payment is confirmed, the Buyer will be granted access to the purchased products and/or services. The Buyer will receive an email or notification confirming their purchase.
4.2. Product Availability: The product purchased will be available for three (3) months from purchase date.
4.3. Technical Requirements: The Buyer is responsible for ensuring that their electronic device meets the technical requirements to access and utilize the products and/or services.
5. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds
5.1 Eligibility: All Buyers are eligible for a full refund of product and/or service purchased in the VECTRA Marketplace within seven (7) days of purchase, provided that they have not been able to access/download any of the course content sharing proof that this inability is stemming from the sphere of responsibility of VECTRA.
5.2 Requesting a refund: To request a refund, please get in touch with VECTRA International at contact@vectra-intl.com within seven (7) days of purchase. Please include your name, order number, and reason for requesting a refund in your email.
5.3 Processing refunds: Refunds will be processed within ten (10) business days of receiving your request. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Cancellations
5.4 Eligibility: All Buyers are eligible to cancel their enrollment in a product and/or service purchased in the VECTRA Marketplace at any time.
5.5 Requesting a cancellation: To cancel your enrollment, please get in touch with us at contact@vectra-intl.com. Please include your name, order number, and cancellation reason in your email.
5.6 Processing cancellations:
Cancellations will be processed within five (5) working days of receiving your request. If you have already accessed any of the content and/or product and/or service purchased in the VECTRA Marketplace, you will not be eligible for a refund.
5.7 Exceptions
1. No refunds or cancellations will be granted to Buyers who have accessed the course content.
2. No refunds or cancellations will be granted for Buyers who have purchased and accessed any content and/or product and/or service in the VECTRA Marketplace as a bundle or recurring subscription.
3. No refunds or cancellations will be granted for Buyers who have enrolled or purchased any content and/or product and/or service in the VECTRA Marketplace that is part of a special promotion or offer.
5.8 Waiver
No waiver of any provision of this refund and cancellation policy shall be effective unless in writing and signed by both parties
6. Intellectual Property
6.1. Ownership: All content provided as part of the products and/or services, including but not limited to text, images, videos, and materials, is the property of VECTRA International or its partners respectively. The Buyer may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without VECTRA’s permission.
7. Privacy
The Buyer’s privacy is important to VECTRA. Please review VECTRA’s "Privacy Policy" for information on how VECTRA collects, uses, and protects the Buyer’s personal information.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1. Disclaimer: VECTRA makes no warranties or representations concerning the products provided, either expressed or implied.
8.2. Professional responsibility: Products and services shall be provided and performed (within limits prescribed in the product description) in a manner consistent with that level of care and skill ordinarily exercised by other professional organizations in its field of specialty under similar circumstances.
8.3. Consequential Damages: In no event shall VECTRA be liable for any consequential, indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
In the event of any dispute or claim resulting from or arising out of the use of a product and/or service purchased in the VECTRA Marketplace, the parties agree that all such disputes shall be fully and finally resolved by binding arbitration in Belgium and that any decision may be enforced in a court competent jurisdiction. Such arbitration will be decided under the laws of Belgium. The prevailing party shall be awarded reasonable attorney’s fees and costs.
10. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck from this policy, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
